   1.   to get a fair and glowing skin takes a lemon and cut it in two half pieces and rub it on your face gently for 2 minutes and let it dry for 15-20 minutes, then wash it off with cold water or normal water. It will help to remove dark spots and blackheads from your face and make it clean and bright. And helps to lighten the color of your face.

2.   to get a fair and glowing skin the second way is to prepare a paste of Multani mitti (Multani soil) and rose water and add one Tablespoon milk and honey in it. Now after mixing the ingredient properly apply it on your face then let it dry for 15-20 minutes then wash it off with normal water or cold water.

NOTE:- for washing your face, remember not to use warm water. Another thing is to be reminded not to make any facial expression while this face pack is on your face.

3.  Another way to get clean and fair skin, you need to prepare a paste of readily available ingredients. Take one tablespoon of turmeric powder now add some amount of milk and honey in it then mix it well your face pack is ready now you have to apply it on your face and leave it for dry. After drying, wash it off with normal water or cold water.

4.  To get a soft and pimple-free face, take a leaf of aloe vera and take out its pulp in a bowl. If you don’t have an aloe vera plant, you can buy its gel from the market. Take a flesh and gently apply it on your face and leave it for 20 minutes and wash it off with normal water and cold water.

5.  Now to remove dark spots or dark circles under your eyes and pimple marks, acne marks. Take a potato and cut it a slice of it, then rub it on your dark spots and dark circles gently. After drying for 15-20 minutes, wash it off with normal water or cold water. It will lighten the dark areas fast. You can see a visible change in 2 weeks.

6.  Tanning is also very common during hot weather. To cure the tan problem, you only need to have a tomato, it is the best way to remove tan from your face fast. You need to cut a tomato into slices and gently rub it on your face for 2-4 minutes and leave it for dry. After drying, wash it off with cold water. You can also use yogurt in the place of tomato to remove tan from your face; will work very well and make your skin fair and clear.

A proper diet is essential for a healthy body and healthy skin you need to maintain the diet enriched with minerals and vitamins let’s discuss some foods to add in your daily meal to get fair and glowing skin.

1. water

Water is required for getting healthy and glowing skin water is enriched with minerals which provides glow on your face and helps you to get rid off from pimple and acne and lighten the Dark spots. Water will make your face smooth and fair.

2. tomato

Tomato is enriched with vitamin c, which helps you to get a glow on your face and make it fair. Vitamin c is perfect for removing pimple and acne from your face and make it clear and fair.

3. fruits

Fruits enrich with vitamins help you to get fair skin. Vitamins present in fruits like papaya and apple helps to get glowing and clear skin. It will also help to make your skin fair by lightening the dark spots.

4. walnuts
